Kyle & Theresa Inspiration
Dining area off the kitchen overlooking the outside.
French Pocket Pantry Door
French Pocket Pantry Door
Hide-away door to Pantry - Kyle really wants a French Pocket Door here. Theresa is not sold, yet.
Hide-away door to Pantry
Pantry provides more hidden storage. This has an ideal amount of space for storage off of the kitchen.
Our plan is to use wood from the felled trees for our Dry bar for the Main level, likely in the pantry. Espresso machine / Coffee will be in the kitchen proper
There must be a section for baking. Theresa loves to bake.
Love the hidden storage to make a clean presentation when not in use.
Love the open shelving and clean cabinets
It would be nice to have a fire table like this on the deck.
Clear sight lines, mixed use of materials.
Clear sight lines, mixed use of materials. Might be interested in some covering outside.
Clear sight lines, mixed use of materials. Overhanging roof line could be useful.

PRODUCT: Ghost Door for MBR Closet - By Milano
Definitely would like a walk-in closet - not this fancy and without this many shoes. But drawers, hang spots, shoe spots.
Calming Master bathroom. Wood on the ceiling. Underlights.
Calming Master bathroom.
Theresa likes the idea of a zen garden CALM.....
Peter mentioned a water feature - if there is one, we would like it to travel down the East side of the house so the gurgling water can be heard in all the bedrooms.
LOVE the minimized space between the stairs, but still open. The in-wall lights are great, as well as the wood accents connecting the two floors. A feature spot for an installed art piece is nice, too. Or we use the area under the stairs for storage, something with a door at the landing.
Love open stairs and mixed materials, especially the concrete look. Not sure how this will work in plan with split stairs.
This is a NEW option with supports along the sides of the stairs, giving the clean look through the stairs.
Another option for stairwell
Another option for stairwell
We will see how the staircase comes together. But who doesn't love a phone booth?
Love the Cellar style of this door.
Kyle has a bit of a penchant for castle/romantic wine room. Hidden Murphy Door with secret door latch at the back of the room that enters the Storage area is ideal. Curved ceilings would be nice but we will let budget dictate that.
Option 1`: to Enter Storage Room Possibly have the same type of door to enter wine cellar and storage. Maybe too confusing once inside?
Option 2: Murphy Door to Hidden Storage
Our plan is to use wood from the felled trees for our Lower level Wet bar for drinks and espresso. We would like to integrate storage on the Gym/Lounge Wall.
Our plan is to use wood from the felled trees.Like the idea of Wood Countertop, Mirror with Floating shelves on either side
Lounge....
Love how the shelving could match up with the Lower Lounge Bar wall
Lower Level Lounge - Open room area with downstairs bar area. Window views. Good lower level ceiling height. This will likely be more of a Lounge Area that we can watch movies in, also.
This could be a good option for home, garage and breezeway/mudroom connection. Plus, the mixed materials is nice, too. (not the copper, necessarily) Kyle really likes the roof lines over the entrance-way and garage being opposite to the house roof line.
