Hallway
Probably wouldn't need both staircases since 1 is wide enough to accomodate but I still love the symmetry This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say that everything is visible from the hallway. All rooms, attic. the perfect liminal space. Like the columns, carpet. Not crazy on the banniesters but its easily changed. Also not crazy about spiral or curve staircases but this one seems safe enough
Normally wouldn't like this type of hallway because theres nothing behind the stairs but theres something about this one that I love. Possibly the dark wood, sharp angles. Or the fact that I can imagine the left and right angles of the staircase running off into a long hallway, while the living area at the back is still accessible front he ground floor (just without a high ceiling) Its just a very grand entrance
I like the style of the stairs. I like the tile design in the hallway I don't like that there I don't like that this leads directly to the back of the house and theres nothing behind it. Upstairs should have a balcony overlooking living area. Left and right of the stairs should lead somewhere and not just be empty space. Piano just seems like useless filler
Love this color wood, white column and stone. And that light, very much my style.
