The Gagnon Residence
The Gagnon project was extremely fun to work on. The space we were given was a suite in the Madison building downtown Kelowna and the vision we wanted to create was a 'New York Style Penthouse'. We were able to incorporate a lot of unique pieces in their place, from wall art, to lighting fixtures, to imported products. Right from when you walk in, you will notice an overscaled pyramid mirror feature on the wall. We did this to create a dramatic entrance to the home, and mixed with Swarovski Crystal ceiling lights, it gives all guests a great first impression. Moving on in, the tile on their fireplace is SCIS tile imported straight from Italy. The tile has a full body colour with a pearl finish and it grabs your attention immediately when you enter the living area. One of the most dramatic pieces we used for the project was the light fixture above the dining table. It is Laura Kirar Cavier. The large glass globes are a stunning addition. This is a project we are very proud of and was a tremendous amount of fun to work on.
