Regatta Parade
Regatta Parade is a cool, contemporary refurbishment and addition to an existing residence. The concept for this project grew from the clients desire to amend their home to meet the changing needs of a growing family as well as to better integrate the house with the surrounding context and climate.
This house now reaches out to outdoor areas and views. On the ground level all spaces open to a north facing court yard complete with a pool, terraces, a built in barbeque and an outdoor room. All of this is surrounded by a perimeter of soft landscaping, custom masonry, timber and glass screens and fencing. The upper floor features a main living area of off-form concrete that reaches out to the embrace the view of the Nerang River.
