The working side of the two-level island, showing how the 5"-6" drop helps to conceal the working countertop, which also includes the Wolf steamer to the left. Faucetry is Rohl Perrin & Rowe in satin stainless steel. The cabinetry is custom tiger maple, accented by true oil-rubbed bronze hardware.
The steamer is filled using the sink sprayer and drains electronically into the sink trap. The filtered water faucet has an Everpure filter system under the sink.
Of course, as shown, cooking is always enhanced by Veuve Cliquot!
