The room was dark and seemed like a corridor to get to the kitchen so we knocked out the wall to kitchen and removed door to create a flow from the back garden to the dining room. New F&B matt paint. New picture rail and cornice. Pulled up old carpet and sanded and varnished existing floor. New mid century light fittings added. New window treatment. Kitchen tiles added below breakfast bar.
