Porffolio of Commercial Spaces
The previous owner had renovated the rooms in the building at different stages resulting in a mismatched space. My goal is to give my commercial clients a cohesive space that all really emulates their mission. The key was keeping the flair and era of when the home was built. There were many architectural elements that were not being highlighted such as beautiful wooden stairs hidden by carpeting, beautiful moldings and the biggest treasure was a fireplace hidden behind a wall of mirrors!
We utilized a Parisian wall paper that has architectural buildings printed on it to make the space really focus on the company's vision of providing new homes and commercial spaces in their line of business. I talked to employees to get a feeling which colors and functionality they needed for their office spaces. The result was a complete makeover and the spaces flow so easily with each other. The colors and materials do not detract potential clients seeing the quality of work that the agency provides.
