Modern Shaker Kitchen in Charleston Grey
This Modern Shaker kitchen in Charles Grey provides a classic and timeless feel for this
large family house in SW London. Bianco Carrera quartz worktops and matt white glass splashback add to the modern feel.
The tall larder cabinets and the American style fridge freezer were placed together on the back wall. A tall bronzed mirror piece was used between these units and the main run to create stunning visual depth from that corner into the whole kitchen. This works beautifully as a real alternative to an otherwise traditional L-shaped layout.
A breakfast area was created on the other side of the island allowing additional worksurface and storage space for a toaster and other equipment Open shelves on the back of the island add visual detail and provide practical space for cookery books.
