Finished Basement - This new lower level space features a custom built entertainment center with plenty of storage for electronics, games and videos. Twenty feet of built-in benches with cushions will not only provide storage, but lots of extra seating for friends and family. The design incorperates a new bathroom and an area for kids with plenty of room to play. The structural steel poles were wrapped and trimmed with moldings for added architecture. Multiple recessed lights, pendant lighting and two new daylight casement windows help to brighten this walkout basement. The newly built wet bar makes this finished basement an ideal gathering place.
