Kitchen and Master Bathroom (Carrollton)
This elegant bathroom features white quartz countertops with subtle gray veining and a demi bullnose countertop edge (Victoria by Santamargherita). Light spa green shaker cabinets with raised panels have soft-close cabinet doors/drawers (Sherwin Williams Sea Salt, SW 6204). They’re accented with Royce brushed nickel hardware (Hardware Resources) and motion sensor under cabinet lights. Archer sinks by Kohler. The floor is 1x24 inch white porcelain tile by Reside (Arizona Tile). The shower tile is 12x24 inch white porcelain with gray veining (Statuario by Themar). Custom-made mirrors by one of our local partners to match the brushed nickel/brass shower tile feature. In addition to the tile feature, the shower also has a hidden shampoo and product niche. The shower floor is grounded by 2x4 inch tumbled limestone to mimic gray and white marble and has a curbless shower entrance (2.5 inch step up). 3/8 inch frameless clear tempered glass surrounds the shower. 3 lamp vanity fixtures (Lee Lighting).
