Imposing Modern Kitchen
The owners of this impressive detached home wanted a light, bright and airy imposing kitchen - something contemporary and unique but in keeping with the type of property.
To increase the size of the kitchen the owners were creating a small extension but were struggling with layout as there was not quite enough room to configure a good sized utility room, as well as a decent sized cloakroom, using 'traditional' layouts.
Our kitchen designer came up with the idea of configuring a diagonal wall which created room for both a good sized downstairs cloakroom and a good sized kitchen.
The island evolved from the clients requests for curves, a comfortable table seating area allowing views to the fantastic gardens, and a TV area which could be enjoyed from the table and the food preparation areas.
Once the concept was created, we worked hand in hand with our bespoke fine furniture manufacturers to ensure that everything would work together seamlessly. The kitchen was hand painted and fitted by our professional tradesmen to get the perfect, finished result which the owners were delighted with.
