My Bespoke RoomThis loft bedroom was the big seeling point for the owners of this new build home. The vast space has such a perfect opportunity for storage space and has been utilised with these gorgeous traditional shaker-style wardrobes. The super king-sized bed is in a striking teal shade taking from the impressive wall mural that gives the space a bit of personal flair and warmth.

Amanda V InteriorsWe had so much fun with this project! The client wanted a bedroom refresh as they had not done much to it since they had moved in 5 years ago. As a space you are in every single night (and day!), your bedroom should be a place where you can relax and enjoy every minute. We worked with the clients favorite color (navy!) to create a beautiful blue grasscloth textured wall behind their bed to really make their furniture pop and add some dimension to the room. New lamps in their favorite finish (gold!) were added to create additional lighting moments when the shades go down. Adding beautiful sheer window treatments allowed the clients to keep some softness in the room even when the blackout shades were down. Fresh bedding and some new accessories were added to complete the room.
Mon Concept HabitationDans cet appartement haussmannien de 100 m², nos clients souhaitaient pouvoir créer un espace pour accueillir leur deuxième enfant. Nous avons donc aménagé deux zones dans l’espace parental avec une chambre et un bureau, pour pouvoir les transformer en chambre d’enfant le moment venu.
Le salon reste épuré pour mettre en valeur les 3,40 mètres de hauteur sous plafond et ses superbes moulures. Une étagère sur mesure en chêne a été créée dans l’ancien passage d’une porte !
La cuisine Ikea devient très chic grâce à ses façades bicolores dans des tons de gris vert. Le plan de travail et la crédence en quartz apportent davantage de qualité et sa marie parfaitement avec l’ensemble en le mettant en valeur.
Pour finir, la salle de bain s’inscrit dans un style scandinave avec son meuble vasque en bois et ses teintes claires, avec des touches de noir mat qui apportent du contraste.

Cathie Hong InteriorsThis project was a complete gut remodel of the owner's childhood home. They demolished it and rebuilt it as a brand-new two-story home to house both her retired parents in an attached ADU in-law unit, as well as her own family of six. Though there is a fire door separating the ADU from the main house, it is often left open to create a truly multi-generational home. For the design of the home, the owner's one request was to create something timeless, and we aimed to honor that.

Josh Wynne ConstructionSeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.

Laure Nell InteriorsEvery inch of this 4,200-square-foot condo on Las Olas—two units combined into one inside the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale—is dripping with glamour, starting right away in the entrance with Phillip Jeffries’ Cloud wallpaper and crushed velvet gold chairs by Koket. Along with tearing out some of the bathrooms and installing sleek and chic new vanities, Laure Nell Interiors outfitted the residence with all the accoutrements that make it perfect for the owners—two doctors without children—to enjoy an evening at home alone or entertaining friends and family. On one side of the condo, we turned the previous kitchen into a wet bar off the family room. Inspired by One Hotel, the aesthetic here gives off permanent vacation vibes. A large rattan light fixture sets a beachy tone above a custom-designed oversized sofa. Also on this side of the unit, a light and bright guest bedroom, affectionately named the Bali Room, features Phillip Jeffries’ silver leaf wallpaper and heirloom artifacts that pay homage to the Indian heritage of one of the owners. In another more-moody guest room, a Currey and Co. Grand Lotus light fixture gives off a golden glow against Phillip Jeffries’ dip wallcovering behind an emerald green bed, while an artist hand painted the look on each wall. The other side of the condo took on an aesthetic that reads: The more bling, the better. Think crystals and chrome and a 78-inch circular diamond chandelier. The main kitchen, living room (where we custom-surged together Surya rugs), dining room (embellished with jewelry-like chain-link Yale sconces by Arteriors), office, and master bedroom (overlooking downtown and the ocean) all reside on this side of the residence. And then there’s perhaps the jewel of the home: the powder room, illuminated by Tom Dixon pendants. The homeowners hiked Machu Picchu together and fell in love with a piece of art on their trip that we designed the entire bathroom around. It’s one of many personal objets found throughout the condo, making this project a true labor of love.
No ChintzThe floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs master bedroom overlooking the water is a restful sight but brought in glare at certain times of the day in a space which is always about calm. The No Chintz team did what they do so well in layering the glass first with a soft unlined Roman blind, then a block out layer so essential for complete rest, and over that, an ethereal translucent fabric in the palest of greens. The layering has given the entire wall of glass a softness and style, making the bedroom a welcoming place of respite.
