Cabinet-S-TopThe existing vanity was repainted and new Desert Bloom quartz countertops were installed. Capital 3-light vanity light in brushed nickel set over Kohler vanity mirrors in brushed nickel. Moen Gibson faucets were installed on Kohler Caxton Oval undermount lavatory sinks. Moen Iso bath accessories: towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, toilet paper holder. A Cimarron Comfort Ht toilet. In the shower is Pulse Kauai III Shower System with Resilience Dynamic Beige tile on the walls and 2x2 mosaic Place Almond tile on the floor. On the bathroom floor is 12x24 Resilience Dynamic Beige tile.

Nar Design GroupThis master bath is a perfect example of a well balanced space, with his and hers counter spaces just to start. His tall 6'8" stature required a 40 inch counter height creating this multi-level counter space that wraps in along the wall, continuing to the vanity desk. The smooth transition between each level is intended to emulate that of a traditional flow form piece. This gives each of them ample functional space and storage. The warm tones within wood accents and the cooler tones found in the tile work are tied together nicely with the greige stone countertop. In contrast to the barn door and other wood features, matte black hardware is used as a sharp accent. This space successfully blends into a rustic elegance theme.

TK Building & DesignThis bathroom is shared by a family of four, and can be close quarters in the mornings with a cramped shower and single vanity. However, without having anywhere to expand into, the bathroom size could not be changed. Our solution was to keep it bright and clean. By removing the tub and having a clear shower door, you give the illusion of more open space. The previous tub/shower area was cut down a few inches in order to put a 48" vanity in, which allowed us to add a trough sink and double faucets. Though the overall size only changed a few inches, they are now able to have two people utilize the sink area at the same time. White subway tile with gray grout, hexagon shower floor and accents, wood look vinyl flooring, and a white vanity kept this bathroom classic and bright.

Cabinet-S-TopThis character-filled century home bathroom received a complete redesign by removing a closet and moving the toilet to create a larger shower area. Designer Michelle Bortolotto gave the room a fresh, modern feel while maintaining the house’s innate charm. Exposed wooden beams offer structural support with a wonderful rustic touch, drawing the eye to the unique tiled shower.
The vanity installed is Waypoint LivingSpaces 650F Cherry Java with a toilet topper cabinet. The countertop, shower curb and shower seat is Eternia Quartz in Edmonton color. A Kohler Fairfax collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucet, towel bar, towel holder, toilet paper holder, and grab bars. The toilet is Kohler Cimmarron comfort height in white. In the shower, the floor and partial shower tile is WOW Craft Vintage subway tile and 12x12 Slaty, multi-color tile. On the floor is Slaty 2x2 mosaic multi-color tile.
Landmark HomesThis grand 2-story home with first-floor owner’s suite includes a 3-car garage with spacious mudroom entry complete with built-in lockers. A stamped concrete walkway leads to the inviting front porch. Double doors open to the foyer with beautiful hardwood flooring that flows throughout the main living areas on the 1st floor. Sophisticated details throughout the home include lofty 10’ ceilings on the first floor and farmhouse door and window trim and baseboard. To the front of the home is the formal dining room featuring craftsman style wainscoting with chair rail and elegant tray ceiling. Lang's Kitchen & BathThis bathroom design combines rustic and industrial features in a space that is unique, stylish, and relaxing. The master bath maximizes the space it occupies in the center of this octagonal-shaped house by creating an internal skylight that opens up to a high ceiling above the bathroom in the center of the home. It creates an architectural feature and also brings natural light into the room. The DuraSupreme vanity cabinet in a distressed finish is accented by a Ceasarstone engineered quartz countertop and eye-catching Sonoma Forge Waterfall spout faucet. A wall mounted cabinet between the two vanities houses everyday beauty products, toothbrushes, etc. Brass hardware and brass plumbing fixtures were selected. Glass mosaic tile was used on the backsplash and paired with cambria quartz countertops.
David L. Smith InteriorsHansen & Bringle custom cabinetry is painted Sherwin Williams "Belize" with a Silestone "Yukon" countertop. The vessel sink is by Decolav in the Lagoon color. A mother of pearl mirror hangs above the sink and the tile is sourced locally from Island City Tile.

Calming Spaces Interiors, Design & RemodelingThe client wanted the master bath to have a spa-like feel to it, with hints of coastal colors. We expanded the small shower enclosure into a large double shower with a bench wall featuring a bamboo-look tile and a pebble stone floor. The shower walls were done in a large 12x24 tile laid in a vertical direction all the way to the ceiling. We carried the pebble stone pattern under the freestanding tub as well, with a free-flowing edge. Over the built in vanity we used the same bamboo-look tile behind a large lighted LED mirror. On the vanity we created a double waterfall edge to finish out the look of the built-in. We added a beautiful Capiz Chandelier to bring in some of the tropical feel that our client wanted. In the toilet room, we added a wainscot with a blue textured wallpaper above to bring in some of that color they wanted as well.
