The original entry was confined and claustrophobic with a small door and a pretty odd tilted square window. Like a wonky diamond above the front door. We installed new 8' doors with as large a transom window as we could fit.
Also, please appreciate the walnut paneling lining the staircase, as well as the metal channel between the paneling and the solid walnut cap on the wall. We appreciate it.
