Hartford | Historical Residence Signature Stockade
Framing the boundaries of a Historical Home in downtown Hartford is something I've wanted to do for a while. I finally got my opportunity when this home owner contacted me to remove the weathered existing stockade fence, and install new a fence. We used the high grade PF Industries spruce panels from Canada, and installed the fence in our Signature Stockade style, using chamfer top posts, set in between the panels. The runs of stockade shoot down and flank both sides of the property. As the fence crosses past the frontage of the house, it sweeps down from 6' tall to 4' tall. To complete the look, we mounted wood panels onto an existing steel gate frame, and now serves as a means to close up the property entirely.
