Each product brings dynamic efficiency, further affirming an air-tight building envelope. The increased air-seals, larger thermal breaks, argon-filled glazing, and low-E glass, may be standard features for the Glo Series but they provide exceptional performance just the same. Furthermore, the low iron glass and slim frame profiles provide clarity and increased views prioritizing overall aesthetics despite their notable efficiency values.
ROAM ArchitectureA new pool house structure for a young family, featuring a space for family gatherings and entertaining. The highlight of the structure is the featured 2 sliding glass walls, which opens the structure directly to the adjacent pool deck. The space also features a fireplace, indoor kitchen, and bar seating with additional flip-up windows.

Tradition Outdoor LivingThis project involved adding a cedar pergola to the existing covered patio and an outdoor kitchen for entertaining convenience!
Built in to the existing patio, a concrete slab was poured making additional space for outdoor dining and seating underneath the pergola. An outdoor kitchen was tied into the covered patio. Stone-faced with gorgeous granite countertops, this kitchen provides ample storage space and the opportunity to prepare and grill any cuisine!
Tongue and groove pre-stained ceiling was added to the existing patio cover as well as additional recessed lighting.
Our clients created a trophy-winning patio complete with Texas A&M décor, perfect for hosting football season parties! This combination of patio cover and pergola provides optimum shade coverage and the chance to enjoy some natural lighting underneath the partial shade structure.

The impressive custom concrete fire pit is the focal point for the open patio and offers a seating arrangement with plenty of space to enjoy the company of family and friends.
Landwell Design + Build Co.An unsafe entry and desire for more outdoor living space motivated the homeowners of this Mediterranean style ocean view home to hire Landwell to complete a front and backyard design and renovation. A new Azek composite deck with access steps and cable railing replaced an uneven tile patio in the front courtyard, the driveway was updated, and in the backyard a new powder-coated steel pergola with louvered slats was built to cover a new bbq island, outdoor dining and lounge area, and new concrete slabs were poured leading to a cozy deck space with a gas fire pit and seating. Raised vegetable beds, site appropriate planting, low-voltage lighting and Palomino gravel finished off the outdoor spaces of this beautiful Shell Beach home.

Kitchen Design ConceptsPart of an addition on the back of the home, this outdoor kitchen space is brand new to a pair of homeowners who love to entertain, cook, and most important to this space - grill. A new covered back porch makes space for an outdoor living area along with a highly functioning kitchen.
Cabinets are from NatureKast and are Weatherproof outdoor cabinets. The appliances are mostly from Blaze including a 34" Pro Grill, 30" Griddle, and 42" vent hood. The 30" Warming Drawer under the griddle is from Dacor. The sink is a Blanco Quatrus single-bowl undermount.
The other major focal point is the brick work in the outdoor kitchen and entire exterior addition. The original brick from ACME is still made today, but only in 4 of the 6 colors in that palette. We carefully demo'ed brick from the existing exterior wall to utilize on the side to blend into the existing brick, and then used new brick only on the columns and on the back face of the home. The brick screen wall behind the cooking surface was custom laid to create a special cross pattern. This allows for better air flow and lets the evening west sun come into the space.
