This striking backyard is at its glamorous best after dark. The underside of the roof structure is clad to match the cabana with bold factory-painted red and charcoal panels of outdoor MDF. The dual-sided fireplace is beautifully framed by a feature wall of charcoal gloss and matte tiles, while at the pool’s deep end, a 60” linear flame dances across a matching elevated tile wall. The two sheer descent waterfalls and strategically placed array of garden lights add the final dramatic touch.
Everything you want in a yard - in a small space. Also, addresses the challenge of small spaces - the lack of privacy through structures and landscaping. The concrete is heavy stone texture with Oklahoma flagstone accents. The Pebblesheen is Ocean Blue. Water features include a sheer rain spillway, spa Tishway overflows and a gusher on the tanning ledge. Project designed by Mike Farley.
We added an additional 462 square feet of covered space that created an outdoor living room as well as an outdoor breakfast nook. The ceiling is finished in an American Nut Brown stain that complements the Bishop Pierre stone that the homeowner selected. The stone was added to the posts, the knee wall seating that helps define the covered space as well as a see through fireplace. Lastly, we added a texture stamp and stained concrete to finish off the look.
