Elm Park Drive
This traditional single family house was completely renovated with a light filled basement extension in London. The luxury home in Chelsea extended its usable living space and created direct connections to the garden thanks to the all glass basement doors created via minimal windows.
A four pane minimal windows glass door was used to the London basement extension to connect the lower ground floor living areas with the small exterior patio and courtyard. The sliding basement door was designed in a bi- parting configuration with the centre glass doors meeting on the same track in the middle of the opening.
