Our client, a single man, purchased a new home. The great room did not match his aesthetic; he especially did not like the natural stained pine ceiling. The pool table and rug underneath were existing and were not going to be moved. We hired our favorite faux painter to create fantastic textures on the ceiling and walls, found amazing light fixtures (including an incredible Hubbarton Forge pendant, placed in the peak of the ceiling), and added artwork and accessories. The redesigned bar includes custom cabinets with backlit glass upper doors, updated hardware, and beautiful Astoria granite. The finished rooms are inviting, comfortable, and elegant.
