This centrury old home needed a new kitchen and some additional room indoors and outdoors. A 10x12 extension was added to the rear of the property which is surrounded by huge Marvin windows bringing in lots of natural light and great views of the West Island of Montreal.
Connected to the new extension is a covered veranda with unique decorative columns made out of clear pine in a hexagon shape.The floor of the veranda is out of TREX maintenance-free planks and the ceiling and soffit is out of bead-board painted pine.
On the top of the veranda there is a small balcony overlooking the gardens from the master bedroom.
