Burr Ridge Sunken Patio and Balcony
A new balcony with balllustrade railings overlooks the sunken outdoor patio. Concrete walls and footings were poured and a natural limestone was veneered over the concrete walls. The sunken patio is 5'-6' below grade and terraced walls with plantings soften the space.
A water feature was added in one of the terraces to provide the soothing sound of water within the patio space.
