1920's Colonial Style Hunting Lodge, Remodel Building Design
1920's Colonial Hunting and Fishing lodge is upgraded for modern lakeside living. The new rear elevation of one of Susan Berry Design, Incs. historical remodel home building designs. The original home is the 2 story section in the center. A large master suite with lake views is added on the first floor at the left end. A large sun room was added in the middle, the full with of the existing house. A false balcony is above. The Palladian style window is at the new kitchen addition. The original small kitchen, with it's original cabinetry, was re-purposed as a laundry room. The porch bath the right is for a new potting shed closet and access to a bath for boaters.
