Suggestions for eclectic kids room-need window treatment ideas/desk/vanity/bedspread/rug/light fixure for small space. Storage!!!! We will use a daybed instead of bed in photo. May paint same color as walls??? Or teal? Also furniture placement suggestions??? This room is for seven year old ....

    Wow! What a lucky girl! (I assume its a female 7 year old due to the little cradle & doll, but one should never assume) I recommend a built-in storage section to fit the space under those beautiful windows. .This could become a great area for a custom built-in bench-bring some side panels from the outside of this alcove, tied back for softness and you have the makings of a really fun versatile bedroom. What is her favorite color? After all-this is only paint-why not allow her to help pick it? and she will LUVIT more!
