Before and after small master bath and closet

A few touch ups needed but gave us more storage and usable space. I know some don’t like losing the tub but we have 2 other bathrooms so there is still a tub in the house.

      This is a great use of a small space I commend you. I liked that you chose a wide vanity rather than a small fixture. You kept your openness with the pony wall in the shower and tucked the toilet behind the door. Your material choices work well. You thought about a lot of things to improve this small room, bravo!

      Great job! Whenever we have the time and money, we will be getting rid of our bathtub because we only take showers!

      FL Person, the tile is 4x12 (glossy white Anatolia I think)? I agonized over grout choice. This is Laticrete (sp?) smoke grey. I was afraid it would be too dark but I love it.

      May I ask a question? How much space have you allocated for your toilet? Is it 15” on center? 18”? 20”? My master bathroom is in need of a reno and yours is my inspiration for use of space. I have 84” to accommodate a shower and a toilet along a wall. I need to know the space you have permitted for your toilet. I hope you see this question…

      Hi. There is actually 34 inches between the shower wall and window wall.
