    It’s definitely the angle. Colors are hard to photograph. Luckily, there are lots of pictures! It’s the same wood and same color on the shelves and the other side of the island!!

      It is white oak, and I believe the stain color is Sherwin Williams Winter White. Thanks for your question!

      The island is white oak (so is the floor).

      Thanks ... that is what I was asking. So nice to see stained cabinets vs all white ... unusual and perfect

      I love the wood on the island. It looks a lot darker to me than white oak with a white stain though. Maybe it's just the angle of the photo. Would love to see more pictures of it.

      The island cabinet colors look so much darker and richer than a Winter White. I'm surprised.
