Hello,

We are a Dutch family moving to Torino next month and in a search of a home. We very much liked your renovation project villa Esse. Would you be able to give an indication of a total renovation cost for such a project or a cost per m2?

    Hello, to project this house has been a interesting challenege for our atelier. The original building complex was a rural farm, quite in ruins. The administratives rules obliged to preserve this characters, but the owners wants a very technological house, with energy consuption quite zero and with a high standing look. The surfaces restored were about 600 sqm. without garden, yard and garages. The final costs were: K€. 900 building and finishing; K€. 180 technological plants and geothermic fields; K€. 220 furnitures.
