Does the Wolf Steam Oven need to be keft open to dry after use?

I am doing a kitchen remodel and considering a Wolf steam/convection oven. For those who have one, does the oven doir need to be left ajar for the inside to dry after using? Does it get "funky" if it stays damp after using if the door is immediately closed?

    While it can change depending on certain models and brands, most steam ovens have a condensation tank where the water is stored and this needs to be manually drained once in a while. Wolf steam ovens are built with a slightly concave bottom that allows for the condensation to gather and drain.
