From dated little family house to the nicest home in the neighbourhood

When our client bought this home it had more going for it than meets the eye. With a large park directly across the street and optimal orientation towards sunlight, the home felt like a warm, inviting family home even in it's original state.

BLDG Workshop was engaged to make the house itself be a little more contemporary and include a new Master Bedroom. The finished product was an exterior facade that engages really nicely with the streetscape/park, a layout that works incredibly well for the family and it continues to feel like an inviting, warm family home.

      it was a pretty intensive renovation and addition so I think it ended up being about $500,000

      thanks pam, yes the master bedroom extends only part way above the garage and then open up to a balcony

      very nice! My son was killed by a drunk driver 3 years ago thanks giving eve...I am raising his son my grandson Logan and at that time , I had to adjust my for a 10 year old so I extended the garage height for a office/double closet /sitting room .each of us have a door in our bed room to go up into the new room..works ..I wish I had put a little outside deck on. great idea.
