How what is at the edge of the crown tile?

I see that the crown molding tile at the top of the shower does not end at a wall. The subway tile ends with a bullnose to finish the open edge, but what about the crown. How is that finished at that edge? I would like to do something similar, but I am not sure how that gets a finished look as the crown tile I am looking at does not come in a bullnose version.
