“Amazing company!! They remodeled my entire basement and the work they did was phenomenal. I had an old basement and I wanted to convert it into a gym. I told them my idea and they showed me some different kind of gym models they've done in the past and the results were very nice. The GC is very patient and gives very good advice in terms of what material is best to use. Thank you so much guys!”

“Azul Painting is a first class operation. We have cedar shingles that were peeling and in need of TLC in our gorgeous mansion by the water in New Rochelle. Cinthya and Manior (wife and husband team) and their crew of hard working guys gave us a great estimate, painstakingly scraped all the peeling paint on every square inch of the home, and did a wonderful job priming and painting. They were always on time and willing to work around the rainy weather and our busy schedule. Always pleasant and totally responsive. Always willing to listen to our concerns and requests by phone, text or in person. The place looks amazing! This is definitely the company you want to call. Do not hesitate. I am a super happy customer.”

“The company is very reliable and work as a team to get the job done! I felt like we were in excellent hands from the estimate through the final walkthrough. The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent as well, beyond my expectations for a painting company. The crew has a broad knowledge of paint and repairs...with and exterior paint job on an old house there are sometimes other things to repair like carpentry and glass, and they had the resources to seamlessly address those issues so I did not have to deal with them later on!”

“Eugeen and his team at Perennial Construction did an awesome job for me when I had a tight budget and a tight timeline. Perennial did: 1. The Painting 2. Flooring sanding and sealing 3. Bathroom tiles 4. Cabinet installation 5. Appliance connections 6. Miscellaneous handyman items like replace doors, locks, vanity, and madcaps I have had many poor experiences in the past where the contractors took way too long and I missed a move in date and suffered from lost rent money. I am very happy with the job that Perennial did. It was clear this was not their first rodeo and they made the process painless for me. They had a lot of recommendations to help me keep costs down and they finished the job ahead of schedule. My new tenants were very happy and I have had no complaints on any maintenance issues. Would gladly recommend!”
