“We have used Landscape Concepts continuously since 2012 for landscape services, mowing and routine maintenance and clean up. They are really good at minimizing any disturbance of surrounding plants when they are working. They keep our property looking as good as it can be. Their crews are excellent: thorough, efficient, respectful and responsive. Their clean up after working is always really great. They have planted, transplanted, and removed trees, bushes and other plantings at my exact direction (I'm very hands-on). While the cost to guarantee their plantings is high (60% of the cost of the plant material) it is the industry standard and Dale honors his guarantee with no-cost replacement. They do excellent hard-scaping (stone walls, brick and paver patios, etc). They are usually pretty prompt, but some seasons are pretty busy, so give yourself some lead time if you have a hard deadline. Dale is very knowledgeable, responsive, accessible and easy to coordinate with. I find a lack of continuity with landscape architects on staff, so it is helpful for you to have an idea of what you like or want when it comes to designing a space. I always keep a project plan with detailed notes and make progress updates. Credit card payment is not accepted.”

“Russell provided the renderings for our driveway layout. Although we haven't completed our driveway project yet, I refer to the site plan on a regular basis. She researched the proper slope, drop, utilized the survey and drew the plans exactly to scale, incorporating topography and created a landscape reference table that included our entire yard. “We have been very pleased with the gardening plans that Sunny Pond has developed for our property. We have used Richard's expertise in two areas of our property, our driveway entrance and a side bed across from our pond. We have a rural setting and wanted to plant beds to enhance our natural environment versus a formal garden. Richard drew up a unique plan and color coded the plant drawings so we could envision how the beds would appear throughout the seasons providing continual color. The work is guaranteed replanting shrubs that did not survive the first year. We highly recommend Sunny Pond.”

“We have used Sneed's Landscape design and implementation services for several paving projects and for a majoy redesign of our driveway and street entrance to the driveway. Tim Krueger's designs were extremely good for our applications and the actual installations went very well and timely. His work crews were very good, professional, and very easy to communicate with. Tim was very thorough monitoring the projects to make certain everything was going per plan as well making any small adjustments as necessary to follow the shape of the land and visual effects. Tim and his crews always listened to our questions and provided good responses to them and any of our concerns and needs. We have had such good success with Tim and the Sneed's team that we will use them for any future projects that we may want to accomplish.”

“Aaron and his crew at Greener Side designed and implemented a renovation of our backyard. He worked patiently with us to get the look we had envisioned while making recommendations for plants and placement of plantings. To correct a water problem he installed a beautiful stacked stone wall and a slate walk area leading to the yard. GIven the obvious weather restrictions our project went smoothly. Aaron also had the contractors needed when we decided to fence in the yard, build a shed, and install an irrigation system. We feel comfortable knowing that anything that needs adjusting will be done so happily. An obvious plus is Aaron's character and integrity. I highly recommend The Greener Side Lawn and Landscaping!”

“I had a great experience with bacqyard. I had a million ideas for my small backyard but just couldn’t decide. Working with a designer helped me create a space in my home that I absolutely love. Jonathan was great; we had a video call that allowed me to express what I was looking for in my design. He responded quickly when I made several design changes. I also loved that when it came to matching me with a contractor, they did a fantastic job of helping me find a good contractor in my area. I find I would definitely use bacqyard again! I have already recommended them to several friends. We are breaking ground in a few weeks and I am soooo excited!! Thank you, thank you!!”

“A city utility project destroyed a large portion of our existing landscaping; located on a very steep slope along our entire eastern property line. We faced a massive landscaping project which needed to address not only asthetics, but also creative design to limit erosion. Fortunately, Oak Valley had been recommended by friends, and we called Bruce. Our expectations were high, but Oak Valley exceeded them in every respect. Bruce not only drafted a thoughtful and detailed plan, he really listened to us - the design and hardscape/plants we preferred, our ability (limited) as gardeners to care for the project over time, and how we use the space. He also took the time to look at our neighbors' landscaping to be sure ours would fit in - and both neighbors and strangers stop by to say how beautiful it looks. His team was amazing; they were efficient, skilled, very pleasant to work with - and left the site as clean and organized as possible at the end of every day. We had to start the project in the spring on an emergency basis; we couldn't wait for fall planting. There have been torrential downpours and a scorching summer since completion, but the slope holds firm and the landscaping is beautiful. There have been a few plant casualties, but Bruce advised at the outset that we would do a checkup in the fall to update as needed. In the interim, he has patiently and promptly answered every "How do we take care of....?" question, and has stopped by several times to check on the project. Oak Valley turned a mud pit into a unique and beautiful garden, and sudden stress into a very enjoyable experience. Like our friends, we recommend Oak Valley highly.”
