“Fern is simply great. She really listens to you, works within your budget, finds you solutions and partners. She's approachable and honest. And she'd do just about anything for a client. And in the event that something's not perfect, she makes it right. For example, she helped us get some custom cushions. The day they were delivered, she took the initiative to check in and make sure everything was perfect. A few of the cushions were sized a bit awkwardly (not her fault or doing), but I told her I'd be happy to live with them a bit. She insisted on coming over to check the cushions personally, took them back to the fabricator that day and got us new, perfect cushions in less that four days. Amazing. And honestly, it was a minor detail I'd never have even bothered about. That's what you want in a design partner. We'll be working with her again for sure!”

“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. Laura is very efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

She is able to help with a small design project (such as giving a room a "facelift") or she can manage a large construction project from start to finish. Jacquie is great at understanding a person or company's own style, rather than imposing her own style upon them. I have worked with Jacquie on multiple corporate projects as well as personal projects, and have referred her to multiple friends and relatives. “Heather and Tony were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, they were responsive, honest and genuinely nice people. Heather is great at what she does - taking a novice homeowners style and turning it into a work of art. They were respectful of our budget and mindful of the fact that this was our first major renovation and we had no idea what to expect. Project came in a little delayed (COVID materials related) but well worth it in the end!”

“We hired Michelle to help us redesign our master bath and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We wanted to create a spa like setting complete with a larger shower, luxury whirlpool and other creature comforts that women enjoy. Michelle came up with a stunning design that involved some changes of moving a wall, adding pocket doors and relocating some of the plumbing. Her plan included all the materials to be considered for the project and paint colors. We love the whirlpool that is large enough for two and has these fancy lights that change colors as the pool is on. Her design incorporated the existing master bedroom and she helped us with some ideas there also. Michelle is very creative, full of energy and an absolute joy to work with. There are many great designers in Chicago and she is definitely in that elite group of designers.”
