“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Fabio installed our subfloor in the bathroom and replaced our toliet the job was not good but the job was GREAT this was a job that so called contractors could not do again Fabio did a GREAT and I would recommend him highly. “Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys”

“My experience with DC for my kitchen renovation was smooth from start to finish. The entire team was professional, respectful, clean, focused, and thorough. They were were excellent with communication through all the phases of our remodel. Although, they offered all-inclusive professional services, they respected our relationships with our other contractors outside of DC and worked with their schedules, not placing any pressure on us to do full service with them or deny our job because of it. Communication is everything and helped with the remodel experience. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. We highly recommend hiring Design Craft and would hire them again!”

“As a "do it myself" handy man with relatives in the trades, I was concerned when we moved to Colorado and began looking for experienced, reliable, skilled trades men. We purchased cabinets form a Kitchen & Bath retailer and Mark Loewer was their independent installer. WOW, were we impressed at his skill, speed, precision and personality. It seemed he merely could stand in one place and move his arms a bit and the cabinet was hung, the electric was hooked up, the plumbing was engineered, etc. During what was to be a simple installation process, we asked for special work and design suggestions and he knew exactly what we wanted and where to locate the material at the best price. He could reach out to other specialists if needed and arrange prompt scheduling to coordinate with his schedule so there was no long delay periods. We have used his skill for other projects and have plans to hire him in the future. Being independent he can control his schedule and work to see it fits yours. His prices are more than reasonable. I don't miss my cousins help one bit.”
