“We hired Mark about a year ago to do a bathroom remodel for us. Working in the design field and having parents who retired from the tile and flooring field as well as a handyman in the family, we had high expectations. Mark did not disappoint. He managed every aspect of the project and brought in skilled and efficient workers. We weren't home during many of the work hours and we felt completely comfortable giving Mark a key to our home and letting him have free access to the house to manage the project and supervise everyone there. He even formed quite the bond with our dog and would take him outside for bathroom breaks and few minutes of soccer each day! The timeline of the project went very quickly and it turned out better than we could have expected! Mark kept us in the loop through every step of the project and has done some follow up work for us as well. He truly does honor his one year warranty on the work, even when the things he came back to fix for us were product issues that we purchased (a faulty hand wand in the shower and some old grout) he took the initiative of dealing with the manufacturers and retailing companies to make things right for us. This alone made his (already very reasonable) prices very worth it. Mark also kept thorough records of the project and receipts from all of the purchases that he did for it, so there was always honesty and transparency. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with how the new master bathroom turned out and we have just hired him again to do another project for us as well. We will continue to use Budget Construction and will recommend him to everyone we know!”
