“Working with Workshop11 to build our dream home was a dream come true! Never having done a project of this scale and after hearing horror stories from people who used architects to design houses they couldn't afford to build, we were nervous about such a massive undertaking. Stephen worked collaboratively with us to make sure we designed a home that was modern and also practical for our family. He worked within our project budget, and always came up with creative ways to design something or build something that went beyond our expectations. We quickly learned to trust Stephen and his crew implicitly. And, despite his laid-back demeanor, Stephen is a closet-perfectionist that thinks carefully about how things look and function, and made sure everything was well-designed and well-built. Given Workshop11's ability to do metal design in addition to home design/build, everything in our home is custom and beautiful. After living in the house for almost two years, we still can't believe we get to live in this amazing modern home!”

I thought it would be very costly, but after speaking with them I found that they were very affordable. All of our questions were answered and trust me we had many. Our overall experience has been a great one. Everyone was very professional and they actually finished 1 day earlier. I would recommend Bowa to all of my friends.”

“Probably the best company I've ever hired bar none to do extensive remodeling work to my residence. Bob is a master at transforming the ordinary into something extraordinary by implementing contemporary and upscale pieces whether its cabinetry, tile work, stone, ovens, pools etc to his design. The designs are beyond the scope of what other companies do which is "cookie cutter" and he definitly will make what you want stand out. I would hire him in a heartbeat and plan on doing 10 more projects with him in the future.”

My house was very old my plan was to build a new home in this property so I was looking for a builder and I found K-one Corporation. I told them what I want and my budget and they work with me even though ended up pay more money but I love every part of my home.”
