“Stephen Hann's crew did a superior job on a major remodel of my home in Hunter's Creek in Houston. This included the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, bar area and powder room. His foreman was extremely accommodating and the crews showed up on time and were efficient. We had one problem with the moisture barrier in the dining room and the hardwood floor was quickly taken up, necessary adjustments made adding a French drain outside and all re-installed for no additional cost. The carpenters custom built all the cabinets & bookshelves. They did an excellent job. There was nothing that was not well-handled. The kitchen won an award for best remodel that year. We moved two years later and selling our home was considerably enhanced by this high quality remodel. I highly recommend Stephen Hann for his supervision, integrity and fairness. Marion Mitchell”

“After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose. They did a great job matching the existing stain! I was concerned that contractors might not be interested in such a small job, but Framestead completed the work less than one week after my first contact with them.”

“I'm guessing there are two major types of people who write reviews: Those who are very pleased, and those who are pissed off. Fortunately for my wife and me, we are VERY pleased with Incredible Renovations! These folks are professional through-and-through. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom, our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling those issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Incredible Renovations has won many awards for their work. But like all businesses, they depend on word of mouth as essential. Incredible Renovations has developed a relationship with us -- we are not treated like a number (or a check) -- and so they have EARNED our loyalty and respect through their dedication to us and our projects. “I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”
