“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Tyler and his team were incredible to work with! I had them come in to re-do my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They were meticulous, organized and very informative. Any questions that I had, Tyler went above and beyond to not only answer them but explain the “why” behind it. They worked efficiently and the project was wrapped up within our planned timeframe and within the budget range that he presented. I would highly recommend working with Tyler and his team for your next project! I’m having them come back in the spring to work on my backyard deck and I can’t wait.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. “Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”
