Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. “BRC Remodeling Group is an excellent company. We are new to investing and they did our first house for our renters. They loved it! The pricing was reasonable, but the best thing was everything was upfront and honest. We received our bid on time and anytime we had questions or if something came up, even after the works was complete, Vernon and his team were there and got things done. I wish had gotten pictures of the project before our renters moves in. I will hire them for all our future investments and for our personal home.”

“I hired RLM to build a shed in my back yard. I wanted the shed to last so I had them build it out of the same materials my house is made of. They poured a 12'x10' slab on my uneven ground and made it square and level. They framed the shed to allow for two windows on the front, a full size door, and two sky lights in the roof. The outside was done in hardy plank so it won't rot and its matches the back of my house. We matched the same 20yr roofing shingles I used on my house. They painted the outside and trim in the colors I selected. They also ran power to the shed, installed 3 lights, and one outlet as per my request. From start to finish is took about a month. Given the total custom nature of the build, I was very happy with the timeline, the construction quality, and the overall finished product. They even had custom burglar bars custom made and installed. If you are looking for any type of custom project, give Ray and his guys at RLM Remodel & Design a try. I think you will be happy with the price, quality, and finished product. I know I was!”

“OSO provided a complete roof replacement after hail damage. The owner came quickly after I called to give me an estimate. I did not show him our insurance estimate, and he was very close to what the insurance said it would cost. The work began just over a week after we signed the paperwork. Other local roofing companies were quoting 6-9 months before the job could begin. The crew was friendly and finished the job quickly. The owner even came out when I had a question after the work was done to explain something to me. I would highly recommend OSO Construction.”
