“Ladd Suydam Contracting (LSC) did fantastic work in remodeling / updating our kitchen and entire 1st floor. From the beginning, Ladd and his team were professional and responsive. Ladd helped design and plan the entire project from scratch. The craftsmanship from LSC was superb. The team cares and does high quality work. The project was done on budget and on time. The key for me and this project, was the planning. LSC took the time to understand our project and answer all of our questions. When doing big projects there are always unexpected issues (especially when dealing with a 100+ yr old house). LSC experience and knowledge minimized most of these issues from the start. I highly recommend LSC.”

“BJS Home Improvement first began working for me about eight years ago. They removed a large deck, built a family room on piers, and replaced the concrete patio and walks around the addition. Since then they have replaced all my windows, my kitchen counter tops, improved the kitchen overhead lighting, remodeled my bathroom, removing the tub and installing a walk in shower, patched and painted the interior of my home, removed the old floor tile and laid new in the family room, kitchen and hall, installed new carpet in three rooms, took down the interior blinds and installed plantation shutters. Their latest major project was about 4 months ago. They removed and replaced the broken basement sewer, adding a 1/2 bath and all new water pipes at the same time. I couldn't be happier. They are hard working, neat, clean, honest and fairly priced. Once the contract is signed they give you a time frame for work completion and finish on time.”
