“Generation homes has done a bathroom/bedroom remodel as well as a recent kitchen/bath remodel in my home. They are wonderful to work with and have kept the completion of both projects on time!! There is an on-site contractor who monitors all work being done. Both the work ethic and friendliness of their subcontractors are awesome. The quality of work is outstanding and they make sure everything is done correctly. They provide a design coordinator, Mary-Jo, who helps you to make the many important decisions regarding, design , colors, fixtures etc...that are necessary when going through a remodeling process. She is very helpful, has a creative eye and is your biggest cheerleader through the entire event. I would highly recommend Generation Homes for either a remodel or a new construction project !!”

“A relatable guy who listens, cares what you want to accomplish, offers options, truthful in cost production for your desires, and will show you different work projects he has done. His family owned organization is extremely courteous and will work to get things done with your schedule. I cant say enough about this contractor except personal testimony for all the different projects his crew has done for my house. Highly recommend his company to everyone who lets me know they have a construction or remodeling project.”

“I have used Jason on numerous small and major projects at my residence. Most of all he is a perfectionist and does great work. He is on time and leave the worksite clean. His tile work is superb. He has tiled also my entire house from floors to bathroom showers. Jason is truth worthy and I allow him to work inside my residence when I am not home. I would highly recommend Jason for any home improvement.”

“Ron Fugman, of Fugman Construction, built us a lovely custom retirement home. His professionalism and honesty, combined with Ron's relaxed persona, allowed for easy interaction and input regarding our home. It made the decision-making process much easier. No problem was too big or small for Ron to address. Our lot had water drainage problems which he was able to remedy with the help of a geologist. Ron's eye for aesthetics is displayed by the beautiful crown molding throughout our home, the spa-like feel in our master bath, and our lovely courtyard entry. Last, but not least, Ron was able to stay within our budget,”

My family and neighbors are very impressed with Robert's work. We received many compliments on the kitchen and flooring. Robert completed the project on schedule. “I have never written a review for anyone or anything, yet I am a huge review reader when purchasing. The remodeling process is such a big deal and we were so pleased with Delerio, I had to write one. I hope it helps someone with their decision making when choosing a contractor. We would/will definitely use them again. RECOMMEND in all caps for sure. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we found hiring a contractor a daunting task. We stumbled upon Delerio and after meeting them (our third bid), we decided to go with them. They weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive. Once the process began we couldn’t be happier. Abel was our go to guy. He answered every call/text within minutes of our inquiry. He never made us feel like we were bother him or had a dumb question. He had ideas along the the way to make our project even better. The crews were extremely respectful of our home and our time. They were on our job EVERYDAY first thing in the morning. We have dogs and they went beyond to make sure they were safe and unstressed. Delerio’s employees were always friendly and informative. Everyone knew what was going on at each stage of the process. They cleaned up every day and tried their best to contain construction dust as much as possible. Delerio’s crew went out of their way to assist us in the projects we were taking on ourselves to save a few dollars even though they weren’t getting anything out of it. These are genuine people who really care about their clients, projects, and reputation. Our beautiful kitchen came out better than we imagined it could. The project stayed within our agreed upon budget and timeline. These folks even came back on a Saturday midway through the project to help move appliances because they knew we were having family over for Easter. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with this experience. I will attach photos so you can see for yourself the quality and craftsmanship Delerio has to offer.”
