Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. “We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Top Notch work and prices that are right on. I do a lot of construction myself and hire Chris when I need his help. I always get an estimate of time and materials and in most cases he is below my estimate. Most importantly, he does excellent work and is on time! He has tackled a range of projects over the last 9 years from fine carpentry to major construction....I would not go elsewhere unless he was too busy to fit my timeline! Biggest job was erecting a 9,000 sq foot steel building...came out excellent. Smallest job's were re-pointing bricks on industrial 2 story building (I figured 2 days, he did it perfectly in 1.5 days.); and installing a new deck railing at my home....again fast and excellent.”

“: Ryan Norman and Norman Builders were outstanding from start to finish. We come in contact with numerous builders, remodelers, and building professionals on a daily basis and can say without hesitation, Ryan and Norman Builders are in the top 1%. They initially provided a quote that included busting through into the existing master bedroom closet and adding that space to the bathroom and then rebuilding a closet in the master bedroom. Ryan helped us realize that there still wouldn’t be enough space to do what we wanted to, so we asked for a scaled back quote, which we promptly received. Ryan patiently responded to every inquiry and was right on top of things in terms of response time. We asked about the possibility of remodeling a second bathroom at the same time and Ryan was honest, to his detriment, in his response. Every aspect of the project that was within Ryan’s control was handled superbly. The workers picked up after themselves, laid new plastic sheeting to protect the existing carpet daily when called for, and showed up and completed work as scheduled. We ran into an issue with a vendor we had chosen and asked Ryan to handle resolution for us. He did so with professionalism and effectiveness. Everything in Ryan’s control was completed on schedule and without cost overruns. We will definitely call Ryan when we are ready for our next project.”
