I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right. I've had other companies come into a project and change the design without discussing it with me or the homeowner, if there is a design change needed, Tony will be sure to discuss it with me first. Beautiful glass, innovative design solutions, and a company a designer can rely on.”

“We used Bay Plumbing for a bathroom remodel. A very good experience working with them. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection. Friendly staff. When some of the shower components stopped working they were glad to provide replacement parts at no cost, even though we were technically out of warranty. I would use them again”

“I was so excited to find this spice cabinet because it was the exact size I needed to fit the space! The location is perfect- right in the cooking triangle. These days it is not often that a sales associate goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Laura. “From the time I met Ben, he was very professional and willing to help out. He came out to my house in Aptos on time and measures my two bathrooms very accurately. Then went over my options and the pros and cons..... the shower doors came within one week although they were custom cuts. His installers installed the shower doors so accurately that I was very happy with it. My wife and I just love our shower doors. We recommend Ben and his company 200%..... Thank you thank you......”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time.
