I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right. I've had other companies come into a project and change the design without discussing it with me or the homeowner, if there is a design change needed, Tony will be sure to discuss it with me first. Beautiful glass, innovative design solutions, and a company a designer can rely on.”

“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“I have been working with Bath Concepts on a ongoing basis for four years now. The staff is so professional in all areas of their business. They go out to my client's houses to take accurate measurements for the custom glass shower surrounds, confirm with me all the details (for example: height, glass thickness, hardware selection, finish color) before the unit goes into production. They go back and install ontime, everytime and they make sure the job is clean and that the client understands that they need to let the shower door caulking cure for a certain amount of time before they can open the door and/or use the shower. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a shower door.”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time. “We are renovating our house and it has 3 bathrooms that need bathtubs and sinks. I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of decisions being thrown at me in this very large renovation. I came across Badeloft.com and I just loved the look of their tubs/sinks. They were the only company to send us stone resin material samples of their glossy and matte finish. The material felt very solid and durable. I went with the BW01XL in matte finish since it was very modern looking. If you buy 3 or more they give you a nice contractor discount and their customer service and communication was A+++. Shipping was decently priced and on time. I would recommend Badeloft to anyone! Thank you!”

“I have worked with Kate Brady at General Plumbing supply several times in the past six years. She always provides me with a wealth of information and choices and really understands my projects. In our home remodel, General Plumbing supplied us with everything for three bathrooms and a new kitchen. All the products they recommended were perfect for our house, and at a very reasonable cost. Kate Brady goes out of her way to ensure her clients are satisfied and they warranty all of their sales. I don't think I could buy plumbing from anyone else after receiving such incredible customer service from General Plumbing Supply.”

Her efficient, gracious customer service, and the level of detail and accountability she demonstrated on our master bathroom remodel project was outstanding. Laura, carefully listened to our design ideas and truly understood our likes and wants and was instrumental in assisting us to achieve our dream bathroom. These days it is not often that a sales associate goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Laura. She took every measure to make sure we were completely satisfied from start to finish of our project. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services. “CTW has a terrific selection, extremely knowledgeable staff, and is also willing to hold the tile in their warehouse until the contractors are ready to use the tile. This became increasingly important as we did not have a lot of room to store everything on site as the work was being done. Additionally, the contractor they recommended was excellent. He provided a competitive bid, was accurate on his time frame, was clean, and did fabulous work.”
