“Steve Cantrell drafted the floor plan and elevations for our custom 2500 sq. ft. ranch-style house. We did not use an architect, so Steve took our drawings and converted them into high-quality professional floor plans, providing architectural input on numerous occasions. Steve does very accurate work so there are minimal errors. He also stands by his work until it's right and the customer is happy!Steve is easy to work with and communication was excellent throughout the process. Steve listened well during in-person meetings, providing suggestions and accepting changes/corrections without frustration or stress. This was very important for us, since we made significant changes to the plans during the project, which was a learning process for us. Printed drafts of the plans were provided for review to ensure the floor plan was correct before the final versions, with all the dimensions, was prepared. Steve also provided a pdf draft by e-mail, which allowed us to communicate changes/corrections via either e-mail or text messages, while he was working on the document, saving us time.Steve provided accurate estimates on the timing and cost for the job, which were both very reasonable. We would use Steve again and recommend him for your project.”
