“RC Jones, owner of Premier Home Builders, is the consummate professional contractor who maintains his clients best interest at all times. Mr. Jones was hired to build a 620 square foot master bedroom suite as an addition to our 1950 traditional colonial home. The addition included a bedroom with sitting area, double vanity, no threshold shower, large tub, toilet room and large walk-in closet. Although not on the plans, Mr. Jones showed us how we could easily extend an office just off the bedroom and how we could build a basement under the bedroom suite. Both suggestions would have been significantly more costly to accomplish at a later date. Additionally, he did not mind showing us ways to reduce cost while observing the traditional style. For example, perfectly matched and more costly hardwood flooring was not necessary to provide the same look throughout our house. Most important to us was Mr. Jones "no problem, only solutions" attitude and willingness to work with us for a top notch addition. He always listened, responded immediately and focused on our project. To this end, we have hired Premier Homes Builders for a second project at a second home.”

“My family and I built our Southland Log Home in early 2003 with the help of our friends. We designed and constructed a 1700 square foot home and worked as our own contractors because we wanted to build our home with our own hands. We were thrilled to be able to build the home of our dreams using our custom floor plans.
Our home is situated on a piece of land that is near a pond by the back deck and a field that is always populated with beautiful deer. It was extremely satisfying to be able to "hand pick" every aspect of our home down to the smallest details. We had some log siding left over from the building process and decided to give our dogs their very own Southland Log Home! Every part of this home has special meaning to us and when I think back on the process I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the log home experience.”
