“I can't speak highly enough about the job Pemberley Properties did through out the construction of our home. My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“My husband and I worked with RHR renovating our current home, which is on this site under Grant Park Whole House Renovation #3. This project was a massive undertaking and one we wouldn't have even considered doing if not for RHR!! The house was not livable when we purchased it. Our project included adding a second story, redoing the entire layout, adding substantial foundation work, installing all new systems, restoring 4 fireplaces, rebuilding the front porch, adding a screened in patio, etc. A project of this magnitude can be very stressful. However, I am happy to report that our experience was not largely due to our partnership with RHR. The final product they delivered was better than we imagined it could be and we are so thankful we made the decision to go forward with it! RHR was a joy to work with! They kept up with every detail along the way, oftentimes even reminding us of things we had requested months previously. Their knowledge and experience helped us make better decisions. The subcontractors they partner with are respectful, friendly, hardworking, and extremely skilled at their lines of business. RHR followed up on any requests, changes, or questions we had immediately. Overall, I highly recommend them!”

“We are getting our basement done by Segway Properties and I have to say we don't regret the decision that we made at all. Their star employee by far is Brandon who is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He is always around to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable. If we were to ever build another custom home in Georgia, we for sure would call Brandon to get things done.”

“We purchased a newly constructed house from Healthy House - it was essentially a spec home (we first looked at it when it was 99% complete) but in look and feel and construction quality, it far surpasses any of the new construction homes we'd looked at in a similar price range (and many that were 10-25% more expensive). The Healthy House team built a beautiful home that we have now lived in for two months and it has exceeded our expectations - the house ties in really well with the surrounding neighborhood (a nature preserve) and feels and acts much bigger than it is. And we appreciate the energy efficiency of this home every time we get an energy bill.”
