“We are delighted with our home which was built by Grant Homes. We chose Grant Homes because of the full-suite of services and longtime experience with custom home building. When we made the decision to tear down an old house on the property and build a new house, we needed someone who could walk us through budget, planning, design, and construction while keeping a constant eye on budget! Our project included identifying the right property, the design process (with Jay’s architect) planning the construction of a new home and pool. Working with Jay and his architect during the design process was a great experience. Jay was able to keep our design in line with our budget as he had the experience needed in estimating the construction specific to our project. A great feature of the Grant Home build process is their open-book pricing. There was no mystery with how our money was being spent and the flexibility was there when we wanted to save budget dollars. The whole process was unexpectedly fun! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jay and his crew. I’d highly recommend Grant Homes to anyone interested in building a custom home. “Craig builders has completed two jobs on our house. First the addition to our kitchen and dinning room. The work done was impeccable and attention to detail is an understatement. They also finished off our "unfinished" basement. A new bathroom, laundry room, kids playroom, stairs, windows and sump pump. The job, again, was done professionally, on time and within our budget. No hidden fees or additions to our contract. I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed, professionalism of the staff and how the company made us feel, whether it was a big or small job, they were on top of every moment in the project.”

“My husband and I decided the next best thing other than marrying each other was to choose "My Boys Contracting" for our recent renovation and extension of our home. Mike, Kevin and all the excellent crew were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end of the job. Their expertise and professionalism made the job so much easier to live through. Kevin was always available to answer questions and kept us updated on the timing of different parts of the construction. Their knowledgable crew are true artisans in their work. They always focused on their work and were considerate to our needs as we resided in our house during the entire construction. The construction was substantially complete as per Mike's original projection. Thank you Mike, Kevin and all of the "My Boys" crew for a job well done.”
