“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. I hired CKA Construction for the job and they exceeded my expectations in every category; it was one of the best decisions of my life. Their craftsmanship was excellent; the attention to details was impeccable. I also appreciated CKA Construction's honesty!!! In today's bidding wars, so many contractors will under bid the job so they can get the work; once in the job, they come up with additional charges. When CKA Construction gave me the estimate; it was accurate, it was spot on, with no additional charges; they are honest upfront about all costs. “Renovating our condo seemed like a daunting task as we were removing everything to the studs and live in NJ. Castle has been like a dream. They began on schedule and have stayed on schedule. Richard looks out for our best interests, especially when he feels I have been given an estimate that he feels is too high. He will go out himself and search for a lower bid. Every subcontractor he sends us to has also told us how great he is and how wonderful he is to work with. I have gone down numerous times to check up on things and to give approvals and all of his workmen for electricians, painters, cabinet makers, to plumbers have all been very respectful. The environment has been kept as clean as possible. It is true when I say Castle has treated this job as if it were their own home. And they have many other projects going on at the same time. This is a very busy town with a lot of renovating. We are scheduled to finish our project at the end of August 2012.”

“The Courchene Team is wonderful! They totally updated a condo in Florida for my husband and me while we were living out of state. This included everything within the condo; demolition of existing items including 3 walls, plumbing, electrical, and installation of just about everything. This was our first experience of a project of this size so we needed lots of assistance in selecting designs and materials. Plus we had to made many decisions in 2 1/2 days while we were onsite. The entire Courchene Team were there to help us each step of the way! We just completed out final walk through and other than a few small nits (which they are addressing) all went well. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!”

“First, I just wanted to say that working with Robelen-Hanna Homes ( RHH )was a great experience. Our client was tough and RHH pulled through this job after several designers and several changes. RHH stuck with it. The firm I work for had to pick up where the other designers failed and RHH had to glue the pieces back together and complete the job under much pressure from our firm and the client. Not an easy task for both of us. Secondly, RHH professionalism and dedication to the project kept everything into perspective, hurdling the bumps and trying to keep the project on schedule. Lastly, I applaud what they did on this one project, I would recommend RHH to others just for having to go through this one project and still keep up with other projects at the same time is amazing.
