“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. Vibe has done an excellent job for us on multiple occasions, including a garage conversion (which has now turned into a downstairs bathroom, a utility room, and a play room), roof repairs, installing a brand new kitchen and a new bathroom, and a full house refurbishment. Jim and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with, and finish everything to a high quality, while sticking to the original budget and timelines, which we really appreciated.
We also appreciated talking to Jim about various aspects of the house refurbishment and how to achieve the designs we had in mind. For instance, we wanted some custom made book shelves around the fireplace to house our many books, and Jim was able to create it for us. Likewise, he created a beautiful play room for our daughter and an extremely functional utility room for us.
Overall, Jim and his team have gone beyond our expectations in delivering a very high quality project and managing the entire process professionally. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to carry out building projects regardless of size.”

We are the owners of Francis Road shown on Future Shapes London`s site on Houzz. As you can see it was a full house renovation: rebuilding everything from the roof to front path. Where Future Shapes London really stood out was in there professional and personal service: we met with Peter on a weekly basis and he was always prompt in replying to e-mails and calls. Peter provided great advice that saved us money without ever compromising on quality workmanship and safety.
The company delivered on timescales and always used their time effectively: we viewed the work on a weekly basis and were always impressed by how well the work was project managed and also how they respected the house despite the amount of work which was being carried out.

His team was professional, courteous and efficient whilst having great communication with Chris during the duration of the project. They ensured cleaning/tidying was done on a daily basis which was great as we where still living in the property.
The work was carried out to high standard and I was kept up to date at each stage of the project with detailed invoices and explanations of costs so there where no surprises.
