“Integrity worked with us to renovate our farmhouse built in 1900. There were many hurdles to overcome in renovating such an old home but they helped us work through each one. They communicated well with us and worked hard to allow us to have as much (or little) input as we wanted. They managed the overall project and paid attention to all the little details. We are very happy with the finished product and they have stood behind their work. We would highly recommend Integrity as a contractor for a renovation or new construction.”

They worked with us throughout the entire building project, offering their expert advice, providing quality craftmanship, and completed our astonishing home in the estimated time frame we were given. We were overwhelmed when we began the process of building our home with so many decisions to make, but their home showroom in their office made our selections so easy. They offer a one-stop shop within their showroom - all of your selections available in one place, which made our lives so much easier. They put our needs first and offer excellent customer service as well, which can be difficult to find in their profession. We would build with Happe Homes again!”

“We selected K&V to build our first family home and were impressed and satisfied from day one. When we first met with Colin to figure out a house plan, he showed us so many options for what would work with our budget and taste. His knowledge and expertise helped us select and customize the rooms and features that would be best for us. Colin and his subcontractors were timely, courteous, and able to complete high-quality work in our home. The best part of the entire process was Colin's ability to communicate with us each step of the way. We never felt like we could ask a "dumb question." Our questions and suggestions were always taken seriously and professionally. If and when the time comes for us to build another home, there is no question, it'll be with K&V.”

“My husband and I recommend Cornerstone Homes. We had a house fire so at the time we hired Cornerstone Homes we weren't looking for a home builder and had no plans to build a house. Someone at our mortgage company suggested Cornerstone Homes. Because of our situation, Cornerstone Homes had to work with our insurance agent and our mortgage company who dispersed the funds. They did a great job of communicating with all involved and were great people to work with. The subcontractors were skilled and worked hard to meet deadlines.”

“Peter was an excellent Builder. His guys were detailed and very organized. Peter was always on top of anything that came up and was always at the Job site verifying everything was done to his standards which are very high. The Trim in the house was immaculate and very detailed. He does awesome custom work and was always willing to change any detail we asked for. He was always quick with responses to our questions and our build went very smoothly. We couldn't of asked for a better builder. His attention to detail and craftsman ship show in every room of the house along with the exterior. He was right on schedule and if there was a problem we were always notified right away. We love our new house and wouldn't change a thing about it. Peter is just such a great guy and a awesome person to work with on building a new house. Peter has so many great ideas to improve the look of what you are after and you will walk away at the end of the build knowing that it couldn't of been built any better. We recommend Peter to any one we know looking at building a new house. Thanks again for everything Peter. Zach Boyer”

You know that you have one of the highest quality homes when you use him as your builder. He helps not only with the design of the home but has great suggestions for the interior walls and beautiful ceilings. He is committed to your budget. Fantastic!”
